Are You an AI FAN?

I have always been an avid fan of American idol. My family, friends and officemate, even my boss and the maids knows about this.

Every season, work every Wednesday and Thursday will always stop at 6pm on the dot for the live showing of AI on Star World. When I do go home early, I also try to catch the replay at 8pm or 10pm. Yes, I even watch replays on weekends.

I don’t know how the show captivates me but I can’t seem to stop watching it. Must be my inner frustrations of being a singer. I also love GLEE so I really must be a frustrated singer!

The only seasons I did not get to fully watch was the first two seasons because it wasn’t shown in the country yet and the fifth season where Taylor Hicks got the crown. I felt Katherine Mcphee deserved it more.

List of American Idol Winners:
Season 1: Kelly Clarkson
Season 2: Ruben Studdard
Season 3: Fantasia Barrino (Summertime gave me the goosebumps!)
Season 4: Carrie Underwood (the best AI singer)
Season 5: Taylor Hicks 
Season 6: Jordin Sparks (Love her!)
Season 7: David Cook (Always be my Baby was life changing)
Season 8: Kris Allen (Adam Lambert deserved it more!)
Season 9: Lee Dewyze (hottie!)

And thanks to Ayala Malls, they bring in American Idol contestants to sing in their malls.
I was fortunate enough to catch some of them.

Well until next year, I just have to sit back and watch other series (Glee Season 2 on September!) before the next Season.
