Living and loving Makati

DO you ever have that usual go to place that you and your friends decide when you can't think of anywhere else to? Working in Makati for the past couple of years has given me the opportunity to explore this city away from my home. Will populate the list as I try more restaurants! Glenda's A *****

I woke up to the sound of the wind howling at our glass windows at 6am in the morning. No need for an alarm there! Upon opening the windows, I was greeted with a white haze. Isn't it ironic that when it's a work week, you dread the thought of waking up so early in the morning but if it's a weekend, I wake up really early. posted from Bloggeroid

Change Is Good

It's a friday night, the air cool, we have the window open and I can hear people laughing in the watering hole below the condo. I contemplate on what to do to fill my spare time with 3 hours to spare before nap time. Days like these are quite rare. More often than not, my spare time is used to hang out with officemates after work. But how will we ever expand our social circle if we don't go beyond our comfort zone? So I declare a few challenges to me: Before I was so keen on pusuing going to SOFA and at the last minute did not enroll because of the money I will spend. Ironic, right? 1. Get fit - Diet Diva will serve my meals 2. Go boxing - Empire Boxing is just across the condo I really should do it 3. Enroll in French class, so of and when I go to Europe or Paris, I can enjoy my stay there To some, this is pretty simple. But to a boring person like me, this is an overhaul.
