A lot of things have changed since I came back and a new restaurant has opened in Greenbelt 5. Toast Box! This is not my first time to dine in Toast Box. They have a branch in Trinoma. My favorites are Milo Dinosaur, Kopi Teh and Kaya Toast. But I have never tried their meal sets yet. Tower of Butter So for lunch, we all went there to sample their lunch offerings. Each of us ordered a different thing from the menu and we were able to cover all from sandwiches to Nonya Laksa. Naturally being a newly opened restaurant, the queue was a bit long and there were only few seats left. The six of us had to sit in separate tables because of the lack of group seating inside. Way back 2009, when I was planning my December trip to Singapore, a friend recommend Wee Nam Kee in Novena for their famous Haianese Chicken and Cereal Prawns. But when we were in Singapore, we didn't have time to go to Novena because we were too busy shopping. It was the Christmas season after all. So imagine our excitement when Wee Nam Kee came to the Philippines and in Ayala Triangle at that, which is 5 minutes away from the office. A month before the launch, we were already anticipating to have lunch there. But due to the season, we had a lot of deadlines and presentation to do before we start 2011.
