Quarantine Cooking: Cheeseburger Pizza

I normally don't crave for pizza but  the possibilities of dough unlocked this for me.

The result is cheeseburger on one side and Chicken cheese on the other.

DOUGH: Mix accordingly 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp iodized salt, 1/4 cup water (slowly add), 1 tbsp warm water and 1 tbsp cooking oil (once the water and flour is thoroughly mixed)

Knead for 15 mins then shape into a ball, smear with oil, cover with cling wrap and let the dough rest for 30 mins.

After resting, sprinkle some flour on tbe board and lay the dough on top.
Spread some flour on the chopping board and roll the dough into an oblong shape
Put some flour on your knife and cut the dough into smaller pieces and form them into  balls. Make sure to add some flour to keep it from sticking to the cling wrap.

Coat the dough balls with flour and use a rolling pin to spread the dough (I used a wine bottle wrapped with cling wrap since I couldn't find my rolling pin)

Place the dough in a frying pan and heat it up (800 watts) and in about 2 mins flip. Keep checking to make sure it has the right color

Makes 4 solo pizzas - 3 round and 1 extra large pizza

Toppings (depends on what you want):
Chicken Pizza (pic 2 and 10)
1 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup, sliced, onions, red bell pepper, shredded cooked chicken, and cheese

Cheeseburger Pizza (pic 1 and 2)
1 tbsp Hunt's Hickory BBQ sauce, cooked burger patty, sliced onions, and cheese

KRIS KRINGLE: Something Big

I never thought it would be hard to find something BIG for Php 100 pesos ($2) I short listed the following for my fashionable friend: ...a big box of tissue (useful) ...a big toblerone (but this is WAY over budget) ...a big trash bin ...a case of big oatmeal cookies (last resort) ...a big mirror ...a big bookmark (which i couldn't find anywhere) ...a BIG beer (unrelated) ...a big organizer it's quite difficult really. But I must search for something else. PRESSURE! On a side note, Jamie treated us to Pizza Hut's Lechon pizza. After eating, I felt like I would pass out at any moment due to high cholesterol but it was quite tasty if you're a fan of Lechon (roasted pig). The pizza did taste a bit like Mang Tomas' lechon sauce. A big slice of Pizza hut's lechon pizza

Ironic Cafe Monaco

Tucked in one of the building along Banawe is a quaint restaurant called Cafe Monaco. From the outside, the interiors looked cozy and perfect for hanging out with friends but I was quite surprised when I stepped inside to find out that most tables were occupied by families. And people actually are willing to wait for their turn to be seated! Kudos for that. My basis for choosing a restaurant is based on the line/wait. If the line is long or the waiting list is long, then it must be worth trying. We ate dinner at this restaurant yesterday evening and I actually loved it! It's a bit weird though that the name of the restaurant is Cafe Monaco but they serve a lot of Korean dishes. My aunt said that the owner of the place married a Korean hence the menu with Korean dishes. We tried bibimbap and at first bite, it was okay but the more you chew the better it gets. Healthy too, with little meat in the dish. Prices are friendly on the pocket too so I will definitely go back to try out thei...
