Another first. Before 2010 ended, I already have a five weddings to go to. I have never attended the Church wedding itself, normally we just go to the reception given our busy schedules. But this year, I will make it a point to attend the Church weddings. We arrived 20 minutes late because we had only 2 hours to have everything done - from buying a card for the gift, hair & make-up and change. By the time we got to the Church, we saw the bride, standing at the door of the Chapel, waiting for the signal to enter the Church. I was quite fixated. Here is my former teammate, standing at the door of the Church looking divine in her white dress about to begin a new chapter in her life. We all wanted to shout out to her and cheer her on but we knew she was in her moment, concentrating on the MOMENT.
