Tagaytay peat 2

It's been years since I went to Tagaytay and here I am, going to Tagaytay twice in just one long weekend!

I woke up early after a late night at the casino with friends to a bright Monday holiday morning.

I wore the wrong outfit because of the rain, Tagaytay was pretty nippy when we got there.

Neverthless and not wanting to be fazed by the foggy  weather, we headed to Josephine's to have breakfast since it was full everywhere! We ordered bagoong and i forgot what it's name rice




Seafood Boulbaisse  (my favorite creamy soup, perfect for the nippy weather)

Sinfully good crispy pata (deep fried porkloin)

And had our portraits drawn by a local artist in the resto.

The day ended with some shopping at the outlet stores in Nuvali. My favorite among the lot was Debenhams and Bench

KRIS KRINGLE: Something Big

I never thought it would be hard to find something BIG for Php 100 pesos ($2) I short listed the following for my fashionable friend: ...a big box of tissue (useful) ...a big toblerone (but this is WAY over budget) ...a big trash bin ...a case of big oatmeal cookies (last resort) ...a big mirror ...a big bookmark (which i couldn't find anywhere) ...a BIG beer (unrelated) ...a big organizer it's quite difficult really. But I must search for something else. PRESSURE! On a side note, Jamie treated us to Pizza Hut's Lechon pizza. After eating, I felt like I would pass out at any moment due to high cholesterol but it was quite tasty if you're a fan of Lechon (roasted pig). How stuff works: Piso Bid anyone?

First of all, I am in no way, related to the owners of Pisobid.com at present (it's a small world after all) and I'm writing this blog because I like to analyze and figure out how things work :) I was reading through my Ymail when I saw this ad for Pisobid.com. The name caught my attention and all that was running through my mind was the thrill of bidding - Ebay alert hihihi. When the website opened, I saw that there were a lot of gadgets up for grabs, among the lot was an iPhone 4 which I really wanted but didn't have the heart to spend Php 40,000 for a cellphone. Upon closer inspection, they are giving away ipads, LV bags and GCs. Hmmmmm.... let's give it a try! I never did like reading instructions and policy agreements so I just purchased a 35 bids for Php 500 so that I can start bidding. It's actually pretty easy to bid, all it takes is a click of a button, money is gone. HAHAHA In the pisobid, you actually use real money to buy bid, in this case, 1 bid ...
