New Astrological Sign

I got this from spot.ph

Professor Parke Kunkle of the Minnesota Planetarium Society said zodiac signs have changed because the Earth's equatorial alignment has changed over the years, Fox 9 reported yesterday. "Right now, it's pointing this way, the North Star, but in 3000 BC it was pointing differently... Now things have moved and the sun is in a different constellation. We're about a whole constellation off," Kunkle said.

The new zodiac sign Ophiuchus, the snake-holder, "has been a constellation for years and just gets left out," Kunkle added.

According to Huffington Post, the new zodiac sign dates are:
Capricorn: January 20 - February 16
Aquarius: February 16 - March 11
Pisces: March 11- April 18
Aries: April 18 - May 13
Taurus: May 13 - June 21
Gemini: June 21 - July 20
Cancer: July 20 - August 10
Leo: August 10 - September 16
Virgo: September 16 - October 30
Libra: October 30 - November 23
Scorpio: November 23 - November 29
Ophiuchus: November 29 - December 17
Sagittarius: December 17 - January 20

However, CNN news blog "This Just In" reported, "If (astrology fans) adhered to the tropical zodiac—which, if they're a Westerner, they probably did–absolutely nothing has changed for them."

So which is which?

I am confused. From a Capricorn, I am now a Sagittarius!

So is this the reason why people have been feeling restless and unsure?

Hmmmm...

KRIS KRINGLE: Something Big

I never thought it would be hard to find something BIG for Php 100 pesos ($2) I short listed the following for my fashionable friend: ...a big box of tissue (useful) ...a big toblerone (but this is WAY over budget) ...a big trash bin ...a case of big oatmeal cookies (last resort) ...a big mirror ...a big bookmark (which i couldn't find anywhere) ...a BIG beer (unrelated) ...a big organizer it's quite difficult really. But I must search for something else. PRESSURE! On a side note, Jamie treated us to Pizza Hut's Lechon pizza. After eating, I felt like I would pass out at any moment due to high cholesterol but it was quite tasty if you're a fan of Lechon (roasted pig). The pizza did taste a bit like Mang Tomas' lechon sauce. A big slice of Pizza hut's lechon pizza

Of Kris Kringle and Mickey

This year, we decided to have a Kris Kringle amongst the two teams. Mechanics: First KK : Buy something BIG for your teammate worth Php 100 ($2.50). Then wear an ugly sweater on Friday and have your picture taken beside the Christmas tree in the lobby. Second KK: Each person should think of a showbiz personality starting with the letter C and that will be his/her codename, then write at least 3 wishlist within the range of Php 350 ($8). Since we were all curious as to who wrote what, we decided to have another game. Guess the person behind the codename. The clues? The wishlist provided. It took me a while to guess because I kept on getting 3 names jumbled up. Finally, I guessed them all. It was fun to get a short break from work. Speaking of breaks, this is my dog, Mickey who is about 9 years old and absolutely hates getting cold baths. One time when the maids were washing the garage, he actually jumped up to a white wicker chair to avoid getting wet and having soap suds. Looks like h...
